Currently Cumberland is thankful for the apple trees planted decades ago, the black bears who remind us to do good by the forest we live alongside, the cold clean water we have to drink, the spectacular Beaufort Mountains that wrap themselves around us, the fine folk who call this Village home, and the Connector… that strip of highway that somedays separates us, and others days connects us Cumberlanders with the rest of the world.
Feeling thankful.
