Don’t miss this year’s Cumberland Heritage. Saturday, February 20th from 10 am to 4 pm at the Cumberland Recreation Institute. The theme for this year’s Faire is Celebrating the Heritage of Sports and Recreation.
The CRI will have heritage displays, delicious food in the canteen, live demonstrations at various exhibits, and entertainment.
The Cumberland Museum & Archives is offering tours, the Cumberland Fire Hall will host an open house & all of the downtown Dunsmuir shops are open for business.
At 2 pm there’s a matinee of “Coal Town Memoirs” at the Cumberland United Church.
At 5:30 pm it’s the Heritage Dinner at the CRI.
And 7:15 pm Open Mic with host Christine ElliotT starts at Tarbell’s Cafe.
