Cumberland Community School Society is offering a labour massage class for couples who are expecting.
When: Wednesday March 4, 6:15- 7:15 PM.

Cost: $5/couple

In this class instructor Kirsten Werner, RMT will teach you and your partner massage techniques and positions that may help to ease the pain and reduce the anxiety that can come in all 3 stages of labour. Massage during labour can help you feel closer with your partner who is caring for you, make the contractions feel less intense and reduce the stress. Please bring a pillow and blanket.
