Look no further than the 4th Annual Elevate Arts Festival continuing tonight Friday June 5th and peaking tomorrow June 6th in Downtown Courtenay! Over 250 performers, exhibitors and community partners are taking to the streets, alleys, pubs, cafes and halls of our community for a free mash up of art, culture and ideas!
