Cumberland’s WinterFaire kicks off the Holiday Season Nov. 26th

WinterFaire, Cumberland’s annual arts and craft fair celebrates a festive day of holiday shopping, food, music, and more on Saturday, Nov 26. This year the Faire has expanded to feature 60 vendors of home-made, handmade and fair trade items in both the CRI (Cumberland Recreation Institute), and the Cumberland Museum and Archives. A donation at either door gets you access to both locations, and the chance to win a basket of fabulous handmade products from WinterFaire vendors and items from the museum’s Company Store!

WinterFaire celebrates the best of emerging and established artists and crafters of jewellery, skin care, woodcraft, items for wee ones, wearables, edibles, and more! Attendees enjoy festive live music while discovering creative talents and visiting with non-profits. Be sure to stop by the WinterFaire canteen for a tasty homemade lunch.

The Faire takes place Saturday, November 26th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at both the Cumberland Recreation Centre and the Cumberland Museum and Archives. Hands on seasonal craft making for children is offered at the museum between 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Visit both locations for the full WinterFaire experience!
