Cougar Sighting

A Cougar sighting occurred in the Kendal/Rydal area this evening. It was in a yard and then ran back into woods behind Kendal. Animal control has been notified.

Please be aware that Cumberland sits on the very edge of the forest and as such some of our neighbours are wild animals who’s nature require that we give them space and use caution.  And also we have cougars that sometimes come into town so be careful.  But seriously some Cumberlanders are really wild.

This post was intended to be a serious news post but I just can’t keep it together.
